- More than 48 hours before departure: possible full or partial refund
- 24–48 hours before departure: partial refund may apply

- No-show reservations: 100% cancellation fee
Special cancellation conditions may apply for private tours, Santorini cruises, VIP services, multi-day excursions, and customized bookings.
The company reserves the right to cancel excursions due to dangerous weather conditions, port authority restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, insufficient participation, safety risks, or operational impossibility.
Weather conditions alone do not automatically constitute grounds for refund unless the excursion is officially cancelled by the operator.

The company reserves the right to deny participation without refund to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving dangerously or aggressively.
