All prices displayed on the website of All Tours – Excursions Center are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable under Greek tax legislation.

Prices may vary depending on seasonality, transportation costs, fuel surcharges, ferry operator pricing, accommodation availability, operational costs, supplier adjustments, or government-imposed charges.

The company reserves the right to modify prices before a booking is confirmed. Once a reservation has been confirmed and payment has been received, the agreed price applies except in cases permitted under Greek and European legislation, including force majeure events, extraordinary transportation cost increases, taxes, or ferry operator surcharges.

Certain excursions may include optional extras such as entrance fees, boat tickets, environmental taxes, accommodation taxes, meals, guide services, or optional activities. These additional costs are clearly indicated in the excursion description and may be payable locally.

If an excursion is cancelled by the company due to weather conditions, port authority restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or operational reasons, customers may receive an alternative excursion, rescheduling, credit voucher, or refund depending on supplier conditions.

Credits or vouchers issued by the company are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Requests for modifications to bookings must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp communication.

Standard cancellation conditions may apply unless otherwise stated for a specific excursion:

• More than 48 hours before departure: possible full or partial refund
• 24–48 hours before departure: partial refund may apply
• Less than 24 hours before departure: usually non-refundable
• No-show reservations: 100% cancellation fee

Special cancellation conditions may apply for private tours, Santorini cruises, VIP services, multi-day excursions, and customized bookings.

The company reserves the right to cancel excursions due to dangerous weather conditions, port authority restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, insufficient participation, safety risks, or operational impossibility.

Weather conditions alone do not automatically constitute grounds for refund unless the excursion is officially cancelled by the operator.

Depending on the selected tour, included services may consist of:

Unless explicitly stated, personal expenses, drinks, tips, insurance, entrance fees, optional activities, and environmental taxes are not included.

Excursions may be operated directly by All Tours – Excursions Center or by licensed third-party tourism providers, maritime operators, transportation companies, or accommodation providers legally authorized to operate in Greece.

• Modify stop durations
• Cancel or reschedule excursions

These adjustments may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, port authority instructions, safety concerns, environmental protections, archaeological site restrictions, or operational requirements.

Tour durations are approximate and may vary depending on hotel location and operational conditions.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the selected excursion.

Certain excursions may not be suitable for:

• Travelers with heart or respiratory conditions
• Infants on demanding routes

Specific excursions such as hiking tours, gorge crossings, or boat activities require appropriate footwear, physical condition, and compliance with guide instructions.

Participants must follow guide instructions, respect local laws, avoid dangerous behavior, and respect environmental and archaeological protections.

The company reserves the right to deny participation without refund to any individual under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving dangerously or aggressively.

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, identification documents, visas, residence permits, and any other required travel documentation.

For certain excursions, ferry operators or authorities may require:

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund.

Any disputes arising from services provided by All Tours – Excursions Center shall be governed by Greek law and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
